CRAFTSMANSHIP & QUALITY

Quality Is Built Into Every Step.

Premium jewelry is not defined by one material or one coating. It comes from disciplined control of material, structure, surface preparation, plating, assembly and inspection.

Understand what you are paying for — before you place the order.

01 — MATERIAL

The right quality starts with the right base material.

Material affects strength, corrosion resistance, weight, machining behavior, surface finish and final cost. "Stainless steel" is not a single quality level.

Material quality

304 STAINLESS STEEL

Reliable & Versatile

Widely used for fashion jewelry with good corrosion resistance, stable processing performance and strong cost efficiency.

316 / 316L STAINLESS STEEL

Premium Corrosion Resistance

Often selected for higher-end programs, frequent wear and markets that demand stronger corrosion resistance and more premium positioning.

COPPER / BRASS

Design Flexibility

Useful for certain detailed shapes and decorative structures. Suitable when the design requires a different balance of formability, weight and cost.

02 — FORMING

Good jewelry begins before polishing.

Edges, symmetry, wall thickness, link shape and connection points are determined during forming and assembly. Poor geometry cannot be fully "fixed" by polishing later.

01

Cutting

Laser cutting, stamping or machining according to structure and tolerance requirements.

02

Forming

Bending, stamping, CNC or other processes to achieve correct geometry and symmetry.

03

Deburring

Remove sharp edges, burrs and rough transitions before surface finishing.

04

Welding

Secure connection points with controlled welding and clean finishing around joints.

05

Pre-Polish

Level the surface so scratches, pits and forming marks do not remain under plating.

06

Inspection

Check geometry, movement, fit and assembly before entering final finishing.

03 — SURFACE FINISH

Surface quality is where customers "feel" the difference.

Mirror polish, matte, brushed and antique finishes are not just visual styles. The quality depends on how evenly the surface is prepared and how carefully edges and recesses are handled.

MIRROR POLISH

MIRROR POLISH

Clear reflection, clean edges.

  • Multiple polishing stages instead of a quick surface buff
  • Reduced waves, pits and visible grinding marks
  • Edges remain defined instead of being over polished and rounded
BRUSHED / MATTE

BRUSHED / MATTE

Consistent texture, controlled direction.

  • Uniform brushing direction
  • No random glossy patches or uneven grain
  • Consistent finish across front, side and visible edges
ANTIQUE / OXIDIZED

ANTIQUE / OXIDIZED

Depth without randomness.

  • Darkening remains controlled in recesses
  • Raised areas stay clean and intentional
  • Contrast follows the design rather than hiding defects
SANDBLAST / SATIN

SANDBLAST / SATIN

Even grain, no directional marks.

  • Mirror + matte
  • Polished edge + brushed center
  • Antique recess + bright raised details
04 — PVD & COLOR

A premium color starts before the coating chamber.

PVD quality depends on surface preparation, cleaning, coating control, color consistency and the base structure. A good coating cannot hide scratches, pits or poor polishing underneath

Surface Preparation

Polish and clean the substrate before coating so defects are not sealed under the surface.

Color Control

Control tone consistency between parts and production batches according to approved samples.

Edge Coverage

Pay attention to edges, grooves and hidden areas where inconsistent coating is more likely to appear.

Testing

Adhesion, corrosion, wear or chemical-resistance testing can be arranged according to project and market requirements.

"PVD" alone does not mean premium.

The difference is in what happens before, during and after coating: polishing quality, cleaning, process stability, color matching and inspection.

05 — DETAIL QUALITY

Small details are where low-cost shortcuts become visible.

Consumers may not know the technical term, but they notice loose clasps, uneven links, rough edges, poor stone setting and weak logo execution immediately.

CHAIN & LINKS

CHAIN & LINKS

Consistency matters.

Uniform link size, clean joints, stable movement and secure end connections create a more refined feel.

CLASP & HARDWARE

CLASP & HARDWARE

Function is part of quality.

Spring tension, opening feel, alignment and assembly strength should match the visual quality of the jewelry.

STONE SETTING

STONE SETTING

Secure, centered, clean.

Stone alignment, setting symmetry, glue control where used, and clean surrounding metal all affect perceived value.

LOGO EXECUTION

LOGO EXECUTION

Branding should look intentional.

Laser engraving, stamped marks or logo tags should have suitable depth, placement, scale and edge clarity.

EDGE COMFORT

EDGE COMFORT

Luxury feels smooth.

Visible and skin-contact edges should be deburred and finished so the piece feels refined in hand and during wear.

ASSEMBLY CLEANLINESS

ASSEMBLY CLEANLINESS

No visible shortcuts.

Excess solder, glue overflow, scratches around joints and mismatched components quickly reduce perceived quality.

06 — QUALITY CONTROL

Premium quality is repeatable quality.

A good sample is not enough. The process must be controlled so bulk production stays consistent with the approved standard.

CONTROL POINT WHAT WE CHECK WHY IT MATTERS
Incoming Material Material specification, thickness, component consistency Prevents quality variation before production starts
Dimensions Length, width, thickness, fit and matching parts Ensures assembly and size remain consistent
Surface Scratches, pits, burrs, polish consistency, matte direction Directly affects perceived value
Color Approved color sample, batch consistency, visible coverage Reduces mismatch within an order
Assembly Clasp function, links, welding, stone setting, logo position Protects both function and presentation
Testing Project-specific wear, corrosion, chemical or compliance tests where required Supports target-market and customer requirements
Final Inspection Appearance, quantity, packaging and approved specifications Ensures bulk goods match the confirmed standard
07 — QUALITY COMPARISON

Where does the price difference come from?

The goal is not to make every product expensive. It is to match the process level to the market positioning, target price and expected customer experience.

Premium Production

For brands that care about finish, durability, consistency and higher perceived value.

Cost-Driven Production

Useful when price is the primary goal, but shortcuts can become visible in finish, consistency and long-term performance.
